Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
½ cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon oil
How To
Mix the onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander in a bowl. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a little more than a quarter cup of dosa batter on to the tawa and spread it in a circle. Top this with the onion, tomato and chilli mixture. Pour some oil on the sides of the uthappam and turn both sides. When the uthappam is cooked on both sides, remove from the tawa and serve hot with the chutney of your choice.

Notes: Cook on a low to medium flame as uthappams take more time to cook than dosas.
