Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken (small pieces)
Coconut oil for frying
1 onion (finely sliced)
3 stalks of curry leaves
For Marinade
½ cup curd
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
½ teaspoon pepper powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garammasala powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
How To Make Trivandrum Chicken Fry
Marinate the chicken with the ingredients for marinade and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Heat coconut oil in a large pan and deep fry the chicken pieces until browned. Fry the onions and curry leaves separately. Mix the fried chicken pieces, onions and curry leaves and serve hot.
